Do you take insurance?
YES! Right now we are in network with Independent Health and Nova. We are at the end stages of becoming in network with Highmark BCBS of WNY and Univera. If we are not currently in network with your insurance company, we can always provide you with a super bill for you to submit and request reimbursement from your insurance company. *NOTE: No promise of benefits can ever be made as your insurance plan is a contract between you and the insurance company. * We do not take Medicaid at this time.
Can I private pay and are there any benefits?
Yes you can private pay! Why private pay? This allows you and your provider to craft a specific plan of care without the hurdles of insurance coverages, deductibles and allowable session limits. In addition there is no review of "medical necessity" other than the proven evaluations, your speech therapist's observations and parents concerns to determine if you are "covered". There also is no waitlist for services or red tape to cut through in state systems. In most cases, the private pay rate is very similar to the required co-pay if billed through insurance. Typically, Speech Language Pathology treatment gets combined with Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy allowable sessions. Don't Forget! You can also use your HSA/FSA/HRA cards too! We will be more than happy to provide you with a super-bill to submit to your insurance company to try and get reimbursement for your payments to us. We are unable to guarantee reimbursement from your insurance company as it is a contract between you and your insurance company.
